Habit Streak for Work is the new, power-user version of Habit Streak. While you can use the powerful method inspired by Jerry Seinfeld of keeping a daily chain of habits, you now have more customisation and control.
You can set specific days to target a habit (for example week days); though I recommend trying to do things everyday when possible. You can see at a glance in your main list on which days a habit is scheduled.
You can associate contexts with habits; see at a glance what you should be doing at the office, at home and so on.
Habit Streak helps you achieve your goals (or New Year's Resolutions) in exercise, diet or other areas of your life. Each day you report on whether you succeeded yesterday, building up streaks of habits and ingraining the activities into your life.

Habit Streak has two key advances on Jerry Seinfeld's original technique. Firstly it allows you to build several chains up at once. Secondly it (optionally) prompts you every day to report on your success (whereas one could easily forget to update or look at a physical calendar).
There are many other features such as automated cloud backup (to Dropbox), adding reminders to your calendar and filtering the main list by what habits you are to do today or tomorrow.
